**Lead Generation Executive - Overview**
We are looking for Lead Generation Executives for one of the largest renewable energy companies in the UK. They have been operating since 2008 and have a turnover of circa £100million. The role is taking web generated leads which are provided to you every week, speaking with the customer and using your Sales skills to convert them into a ‘sat’ appointment with the Senior Sales Team. All leads are warm so there will be no cold calling and all leads are also inbound
They were voted #1 installer in the UK for Solar last year and have a huge amount of experience operating an excellent sales processes which delivers huge customer satisfaction. They can offer ongoing training and progression to all employees, particularly as the renewable energy industry is growing at a rapid rate and will only increase in the years to come It’s a great industry to be joining.
Within this role, you will be taking web generated leads which are provided to you every week, speaking with the customer and using your Sales skills to convert them into a ‘sat’ appointment with the Senior Sales Team. All leads are warm so there will be no cold calling and all leads are also inbound
You will be given full technical training on new renewable energy systems such as Solar, Battery Storage and more. After the training, you will receive 200 web generated leads per week. You target will be to make a minimum of 3 call attempts for 5 days per customer until contact has been achieved and from these, you will convert a minimum of 33% of the leads into confirmed sales appointments.
The role is based upon a 40 hour working week and can be flexible on shift pattern between 9-5, 10-6, or 11-7pm Monday to Friday. They can even offer Saturdays if that works better for you
**Lead Generation Executive - Requirements**
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience of direct sales with a proven track record of high performance and achievement, in a contact centre or face to face environment
- Experience of or the ability to be able to take on technical product training to include renewable products, insulation products, manufacturer rules and regulations.
- High awareness of the sales / selling process.
- Strong communication style with an ability to emotionally engage and “excite” customers through the sales journey.
**Lead Generation Executive - Salary & Remuneration**
- Basic Salary: £25,000 (OTE of £35,000 - £40,000)
