We are seeking a talented Sales Development Professional to join our team at Lead Forensics. As a Sales Development Professional, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion by generating new leads, identifying potential customers, and building relationships with key decision-makers.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic sales environment. Our ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed in a sales career, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per year, with an OTE of £60,000, as well as a range of benefits including uncapped commission structure, quarterly sales incentives, daily and weekly team incentives, and 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify new customers and expand existing relationships
  2. Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor pitches accordingly
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong desire to succeed in a sales career and continuous learning
