**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

**Role Objective**: Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact to the Customer, ensuring they receive a professional service, and being responsible for Customer Queries, Returns and liaising on several Marketplace Platforms including Amazon and eBay.

**Summary of Role Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with Customer Queries
- Managing Returns
- Answering E-Mails
- Supporting the Sales Team
- Inputting Sales Orders if required
- Listing Products on Amazon and eBay platforms
- Other related duties as required

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

**Required Experience or Qualifications**:

- Have a passion and understanding of Online Marketplace(s)
- Customer service experience desirable but not required
- Ability to demonstrate experience of working in a team
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skill
- Proven experience of problem solving and working on own initiative
- Computer literate

**Preferred Experience or Qualifications**:

- JBA preferred but not required
- A willingness to learn and be open to change
- Achievement against targets and Key Performance Indicators
- Understanding of the ‘Online’ world of eBay and Amazon
- A positive attitude and work ethic
