Drayton Motors is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Administration Assistant for our Kia site in Boston.

We are happy to consider flexible working and can accommodate as either as a full time or part time position.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Ensuring all invoicing is completed in a timely manner
- Maintaining and monitoring of all databases
- Creating and management of bespoke spreadsheets as required
- Registering of new vehicles
- Ensuring GDPR compliance at all times
- Setting up warranties and insurance products as required
- Maintaining a professional and courteous manner with customers both over the phone and in person at all times
- General administrative tasks as required.
- Educated to GCSE level C and above
- Organised mind
- Computer skills
- Strong customer facing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-42.5 per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
