We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Medical Department at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. This role will involve providing administrative support to the clinical team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Main Duties
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative services to medical staff and their teams.
  • Regularly validate patient records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements
  • Typing, audio, and word processing skills to RSA II or equivalent.
  • GCSE English Language Grade C or equivalent.
  • NVQ 2 or equivalent in Business Administration.
  • Auditory skills to RSA II standard or equivalent.

Salary: £25,654 - £30,683 per annum.
