**The Role**

We are looking for a special individual to be at the heart of our patient’s journey. Your responsibilities will be supporting the chiropractor and the business in a 'front of house' role. Behind the scenes you will be responsible day to day operations and certains tasks allocated.

Applicants must have an exceptional attention to detail, be proficient in Excel, Word and have exceptional computer skills. They must be confident in working with the public and prepared to learn and grow as part of a team.

**We are looking for 2 Part -time Office Admin Assistant as a job share.**

**Hours of Work - 24 plus hours per week. 6 hour shifts - 2 morning and 2 evening and alternate Saturdays. Mornings 08.30 -2.30, evenings 1.30 - 19.30. Saturdays 08.00 - 14.00**

We are a small and independent team, therefore flexibility for cover at short notice is essential.

We do not offer a hybrid working

**Duties & Responsibilities**

1. Establish and maintain rapport with patients, patient’s children and team members

2. Assist the Chiropractor with admin-based tasks

3. Inspire wellness in patients through Chiropractic

4. Encourage patient referrals

5. Develop knowledge of Chiropractic

6. Prepare the clinic for receiving patients and manage efficient adjustments and other visits, liaising between the Chiropractor and the patient. Known as ‘practice flow’

7. Keep the clinic clean and tidy

9. Answering the telephone and actioning all calls

10. Collecting payments from patients

11. Keep daily account records and reconcile the receipts at the end of the day

12. Maintain petty cash

13. Monitor and follow up outstanding accounts

14. Operate the booking system, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

15. Maintain procedures according to the Procedures Manual

17. Assist with the running of marketing campaigns e.g. establishing databases and contact of third parties.

18. Attend and contribute to management / clinic meetings, as and when required

20. Team training, temporary holiday and sickness cover when required

21. Attend promotional events (screenings) and seminars when necessary

22. To help organise team birthday collections, gifts and team events

23. To take postural photos of patients on an iPad

24. Filing and uploading of patients results and exams

25. Manage internal marketing events with the assistance of The Clinic Manager

26. Social Media and marketing upkeep

27. Undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post that may be required from time to time

**Qualifications Required**

Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) English & Mathematics

Administration and customer services experience

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
