Job Title: Medical Office Coordinator

Job Summary: Office Angels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to our client in Bedford.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a busy reception desk, including answering calls, booking patients, and diary management.

• Provide office support, including scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks.

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of patient information in accordance with GDPR, the Data Protection Act, and Spire policies.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of GDPR regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience handling sensitive data and information.

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a similar role is required.
