With a strong focus on flat and pitched roofing, our company is experiencing rapid growth. We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our Contracts department at our head office in Bedford.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily administration tasks, acting as the initial point of contact for incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team member. Strong telephone communication skills and a confident phone manner are essential.
- We seek individuals with exceptional organisational abilities and prior administrative experience to support our expanding team. While training will be provided to familiarise you with roofing basics, any background in roofing or construction would be advantageous, though not essential. Your role will involve supporting the smooth progress of general construction and roofing projects.
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating project activities smoothly and on schedule, primarily from an office setting. This includes managing:

- Material deliveries
- Communication with the Health & Safety team to ensure up-to-date Risk Assessments & Method Statements for each project
- Collaborating with roofing operatives working on-site

**Required Experience & Skills**:

- Experience needed in Microsoft Office, especially outlook and excel
- Confident telephone communication skills
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Ability to commute to Bedford on a daily basis
- Proactive with strong organisational and multitasking skills
