Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for exceptional customer service? Look no further Salto Gymnastics Club is seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administrator to join our team and be the welcoming face of our vibrant gymnastics community.
**About Us**: SALTO Gymnastics Charitable Foundation Limited, (UK Registered Charity), SALTO for short. Is a vibrant, award winning Gymnastics and Physical Activities training provider. It has over 800 registered members and delivers very popular drop in Play Gym sessions for preschool children and their parents and guardians.
**Position: Receptionist/Administrator **as the Receptionist/Administrator at Salto Gymnastics Club, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our members, visitors, and staff. Your warm demeanour, attention to detail, and organizational skills will contribute to the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative tasks.
We have positions that we are looking to fill:
- **Position 1 (18 hours) - **Monday 2.30pm-8.30pm, Tuesday 2.30pm-8.30pm and Wednesday 2.30pm-8.30pm
- **Position 2 (19.5 Hours)** - Thursday, 2.30pm-8.30pm, Friday 2.30pm-8.30pm and Saturday 8.30am-4.30pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome all visitors with a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide information about our classes, programs, and schedules to prospective and current members.
- Assist with member registration, payment processing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with class check-ins.
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk area, including informational materials.
- Collaborate with coaches and administration staff to ensure seamless communication and operations.
- Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of the club by fostering a sense of community, enthusiasm and teamwork
**Requirements**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle enquiries and concerns tactfully.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using office software and databases.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Programmes; Word and Excel
- Passion for gymnastics, fitness, or sports-related activities is a plus.
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred but not required.
**Desirable**:
- First Aid Certificate
