Key Responsibilities

As an administrator/receptionist at Dr Mirza & Partners, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including:

  • Providing administrative support to the primary healthcare team.
  • Registering new patients and maintaining accurate records.
  • Scanning hospital letters and mail, and distributing accordingly.
  • Stock ordering and managing supplies.
  • Processing repeat prescriptions and managing medication stocks.
  • Managing emails and responding to patient inquiries.
  • Providing holiday cover for reception and ensuring continuity of service.
  • Billing and invoicing patients and third-party organisations.
  • Processing orders and payments, and managing financial transactions.
  • Managing referrals and coordinating patient care.
  • Processing reports and patient letter requests, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Covering reception as needed and handling phone enquiries efficiently.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Benefits include a supportive working environment, opportunities for professional development, and a competitive salary package.
