Experience using Xero would be advantageous, but training can be provided.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Liaising with team members including management, finance, office staff and joiners

Liaising with suppliers to make purchase orders

Raising purchase orders promptly and accurately, following the order process from authorisation to delivery identifying any discrepancies

Maintaining spreadsheets

Inputting data from time sheets onto Xero

Inputting data from purchase orders onto Xero

Provide support with implementing stock control procedures

Filing paperwork manually and electronically

General ad hoc duties to support the team

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Proficient IT skills which include knowledge and experience of Microsoft software;
- Willingness to learn and use new software platforms;
- Ability to organise work, self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to use own initiative;
- Ability to work well both as a team and individually;
- Effective communicator
- Excellent telephone manner
- Data inputting skills

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £10.18-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newport: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
