Secretary/administration Assistant

We are looking to recruit a full time Secretary/Administration to carry out the following duties at our office in Gold Tops, Newport.
The role will include:
- Audio typing
- Diary management
- Taking calls from and meeting clients, assisting with their enquiries in a friendly and confident manner
- Document preparation, photocopying, filing and scanning
**Skills and Experience.**
- Minimum of 1year Legal Secretarial or Administration experience, preferably in Wills & Probate and Commercial property, but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Work well in a team
- Communication skills and professional telephone manner
- IT skills, including Microsoft packages
**Salary**: From £20,020.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
