Bookkeeper/administration

This role includes:
- Processing supplier invoices ensuring all relevant approval has been received.
- Preparing weekly/monthly payment runs
- Processing monthly expenses
- Processing monthly credit card accounts and reconciliations
- Quarterly VAT return
- Assisting with month end processes (accruals, journals)
- Adhoc accounting duties
- Submitting payroll through Xero
- Paying HMRC for PAYE and VAT
- Paying NEST pension contributions
Qualifications:
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 years experience within a similar role
- Proficient in using Xero accounting and payroll software would be prefered.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Blackpool, FY4 2RU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
