We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our client’s growing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and undertaking various bookkeeping duties for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform job reconciliations and bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Process BACS payment runs and send remittance advices
  • Undertake general administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Competent in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Good administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail
