We are currently looking for Part time Front of House Assistant to join our growing team at the beautiful Blackpool Resort Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team in one of the most iconic destinations in the UK.

As a Front of House Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include serving at the bar, assisting guests with enquiries, and helping to serve delicious breakfasts at our Lanai Bistro.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks software
- Provide general clerical support to staff members as needed
- Utilize computerized systems to update records and retrieve information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to type accurately with good speed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
