Truro, United Kingdom MiHi Digital Full time

We’re looking for a ‘Senior Social Media and Content Coordinator’ to join our busy and constantly expanding agency. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing business, which has worked with some of the best businesses in the South West and beyond over the course of the last decade.

**What we’re looking for**

Do you have a proven track record in managing social media accounts and growing them across Facebook and Instagram? Are you able to come up with new ideas to increase engagement and reach? Put a plan together that helps meet a client’s goals? Talk to them on a regular basis and develop a great working relationship with them? Can you also write great copy and really enjoy doing so? If so then this could be a great new role for you to call your own.

**The role and your key responsibilities**

We’re a small and hard-working team, which means that we all get stuck into a number of areas, depending on what our clients need. Your core responsibilities will be:
**Social media account management and implementation**

With the support of the rest of the team, you’ll be taking control of a number of social media accounts. That will including taking responsibility for performance, looking after the clients, coming up with new ideas, generating the content and delivering a great social media experience. Our work largely spans Facebook and Instagram.

**A wide range of copy**

**Telling more people about MiHi Digital**

As a team we want as many people as possible to know about the awesome work that we do. We’ll want you to work with us to come up with new and creative ideas that helps our Marketing Coordinator to get the word out there

**Website projects**

Website design is a large part of what we do, so we all get stuck in to make sure that projects are looking great, packed full of awesome contentand delivered on time. No technical knowledge is needed here, but an eye for detail is a must

**SEO**

We want our websites to be seen by as many people as possible; you'll be involved in helping to optimise sites during the development process, as well as working on our monthly SEO work for clients (largely through content generation for this role).

What we’re looking for:
**Previous track record of managing social media accounts**

You’re going to be taking the lead on some accounts, so you’ll need to have a track record of doing this over several different accounts. We want to see that you can adapt your tone of voice to the business you are working for and deliver great results.

**Previous record of copywriting**

You will need to show that you can write great copy, again changing your tone of voice and making everything you write as interesting and as engaging as possible.

**An eye for detail**

We pride ourselves on getting every detail right, so we’re always looking for a high attention to detail in every person that joins our team

**Proactive**

We thrive on new ideas and we’re always trying to come up with more for our clients. We’d like you to be proactive in thinking of how we can constantly deliver for our clients through new copy.

**You'll need to like the technical bits**

A large part of our work is on websites and SEO - we're looking for someone with a bit of an inner geek and who likes the technical side of things - generally if you love stats and improving them every month then that's a great sign this could be for you

**Future prospects**

We’re constantly growing, which means that every role at the company comes with opportunities to grow, learn and thrive. Entering the company as a senior team member comes with opportunities to grow and evolve, right from the get-go.

**A little bit about us**
We’ve been named as the best Web Design and SEO agency in the South West four times in the past five years. The reason for this is not just because we build great websites and deliver awesome results, but also because we always want to deliver great client service.

The vast majority of our work comes from recommendation from our own clients, so it’s important that every team member has a real desire to do the best possible job for them and their business.

**Where will you be based?**
All of our team members work from home but attend the office to get together as a team, share ideas and touch base once a month. We find this is a great balance for people that are self-motivated, driven and also want to be part of a team.
