About the Role:
The Communications Specialist will provide strategic support and campaign delivery for the Digital Inclusion in Adult Social Care programme, working closely with the Digital Inclusion team and the ambassadors. This role will involve:
- Developing and implementing communications campaigns to promote the programme and its objectives
- Creating engaging content for various channels, including social media, newsletters, webinars, and press releases
- Collaborating with the Digital Inclusion team to plan and deliver events and activities
- Managing and evaluating the effectiveness of communications campaigns and activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including the Digital Inclusion team and ambassadors
- Providing strategic advice and guidance on communications and campaign development
- Managing and coordinating communications activities, including content creation, distribution, and evaluation
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communications and campaign development
Requirements:
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate communications campaigns and activities within budget and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
