HR Business Partner

About the Role
Kernow Health CIC is seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the HR function, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Integrated Urgent Care Service while contributing to the broader organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse range of employee relations (ER) cases, including absence management, performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Collaborate with people managers to establish clear performance expectations and address challenges constructively.
- Promote best practices and continuous learning, contributing to the enhancement of people management skills across the organisation.
- Partner with people managers and the Head of HR to support the achievement of strategic and operational targets, acting as a trusted advisor on HR matters.
- Participate in HR-related projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and successful outcomes.

Requirements:
- At least three years of HR experience with an ER focus.
- Good working knowledge and experience of current employment legislation and HR policies and procedures.
- Proven experience of delivering a HR/People strategy.
- Excellent organisation skills, communication skills, and technical HR skills.
- Ability to deal with a wide range of tasks and meet competing deadlines.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Able to work through tasks logically and systematically with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to analyse data and summarise key findings.

Qualifications:
- A Level 5 CIPD Qualification or equivalent operational HR experience.
