One World Networkis seeking a talented Edit Assistant/Junior Editor to join our dynamic content creation team. As an Edit Assistant, you will play a crucial role in refining and polishing our diverse range of multimedia content, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with our brand's vision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help the Senior Editor to prepare projects, rough assemble.
- Edit media assets based on a brief.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to writers and content creators to enhance the clarity, flow, and overall quality of the content.
- Assist in the fact-checking and research process, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the information presented.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to develop and implement consistent style guidelines and formatting standards.
- Contribute to the organization and management of the content library, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of editing and production.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, sharing your expertise and helping to develop their skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Media, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a content editing, preferably in a digital media or publishing environment.
- Excellent command of the English language, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying and correcting errors.
- Proficiency in using content management systems, document editing software, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for storytelling, a keen interest in current affairs, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of journalistic integrity.
