- Manage and maintain ShelterBox's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and supports our fundraising efforts
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and strategy decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media campaigns that support ShelterBox's programs and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve ShelterBox's social media presence
- 2+ years of experience in social media content creation and management
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and raise awareness
- Excellent writing, design, and video production skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
