New HR Administrator Job - Northampton

A HR Administrator Job based in Northampton you will be reporting to the HR Manager. You should be super organised HR Administrator as the job requires high attention to detail and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) plusHR systems.

**Benefits:**
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm (flexible hybrid working)
- 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Death in service benefit (x 2 times salary)
- Annual bonus programme, pension, onsite parking.

**About the Job:**
- Administration will include the full cycle within HR including the administration related to on-boarding and off-boarding of employees including the preparation and issuance of contracts of employment and other relevant HR documents
- Proactive approach in maintaining the HR systems, HR administration and supporting the HR Manager across all administration
- Produces monthly reports and managing data
- Support the monthly payroll process to compile payroll data from time and attendance and ensure data is entered onto the payroll system. Also you will produce reports for Finance as required
- Support the HR Manager with absence management administration
- Co-ordinates long service awards
- Support with ad hoc projects related to the role and help drive continuous improvement for the department

**About you: **
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing demands, whilst delivering to tight timelines
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service, and is proactive to resolve/find solutions to queries from employees and Management, at first point of contact
- A strong background in an administration-based role within HR
- Experienced user of MS Office and a HRIS
- Ability and confidence to communicate effectively
- Service delivery and process-oriented
- Team player
