As the Payroll and Benefits Administrator, you'll take charge of processing weekly and monthly payrolls with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will shine as you handle various responsibilities including HMRC and pension reconciliations, benefit management, and responding to employee inquiries.

Processing weekly and monthly payrolls flawlessly
Completing reporting tasks such as HMRC and pension reconciliations
Managing company benefits like pensions and private medical insurance
Handling employee queries on payroll, tax, and benefits
Collaborating with the HR team on projects aimed at enhancing process efficiencies

A seasoned payroll professional with experience in multi-site payroll processing
Proficiency in payroll and HR systems
Advanced Excel skills
