Description

Coordinate and provide HR administrative support within the team.Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview scheduling.Handle employee database management and maintain HR records accurately.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Support the onboarding process for new hires.Handle employee inquiries regarding HR programs, policies, and procedures.Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.Ensure compliance with all legal and company HR regulations.

Profile

A successful HR Coordinator should have:

A degree in Human Resources or a related field.Proficiency in HR systems and database management.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Sound knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
