**HR Administrator - Temporary**

Northampton (Hybrid - 2 days office based / 3 days wfh per week)

37.5 hour week

Salary £21,500 pro-rata

The HR Vetting Administrator ensures operational excellence in all the security background checking processes that underpin the integrity of the business and industry regulations. If you enjoy processing information, completing vetting background checksand the associated administration, then this job would be perfect for you.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure relevant background checks are completed in a timely manner for new starters, including contract workers and current employees.

**Duties**:

- Work closely with the wider business and key stakeholders
- Play an essential role in the onboarding process, ensuring all pre-screening checks are completed prior to a new starter joining the firm
- Complete security checks for existing employees
- Be responsible for follow-up actions and ongoing enquiries
- Take responsibility to update and monitor any queries through to completion, ensuring processes are completed to a high standard

**Key skills**:
Joining us as a HR Vetting Administrator, the minimum criteria you’ll require is experience completing employee background checks and/or working in a high-volume and fast-paced HR function.
- You will have strong technical skills, ideally gained in an HR role
- Experience providing clients and stakeholders with quality services.
- You will have experience of detailed administration work.
- You will have experience of working to established service level agreements.
- Strong Excel skills and internal databases
