As HR Compliance Administrator, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities:nManaging DBS pre-employment checksnCoordinating pre-employment trainingnShaping and designing the onboarding and induction processesnManaging and co-ordinating responses to HR enquiries, such as reference requests, checking applications, vetting, and recruitment process questionsnLearning and Development administration, including booking training and making plans for delegatesnScreening candidates and shortlisting CVsnReporting and data analysisnUpdating, amending and sending employment contractsnAttending careers events and visiting schools within the trust when required

We’re looking for an HR Administrator with the following skills and experience:nExtensive previous experience in an HR administration rolenExcellent organisational and prioritisation skillsnHigh degree of IT literacy; confident in the use of MS OfficenDemonstrates a collaborative, problem solving approach as part of a teamnSkilfully communicates with colleagues in a helpful and approachable manner, both verbally and in writingnCommitted to promoting equality and diversity throughout the organisationnSound understanding of GDPR and the important of confidentialitynPrevious experience within an educational setting with knowledge of safeguarding would be advantageous
