Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our dedicated and upbeat HR Shared Services team based in Lodge Farm, Northampton. As an HR Administrator, you will provide a first-class administration service to our 5500+ colleagues throughout their career with Travis Perkins.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to colleagues across the organization.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordinating interviews and creating offer letters.
- Develop and implement effective HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure seamless administration of employee benefits and compensation.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software, including HRIS and payroll systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
