To support the Head of HR (UK) in the provision of an effective and efficient HR administrative service, to ensure all relevant document management, databases and processes are administered and developed effectively.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • HR Operations:
    • Produce and manage employment contracts, variations, and payroll instructions. Coordinate all HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, training, and more.
  • Document Management:
    • Maintain and update HR templates (contracts, letters, etc.) ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Learning & Development:
    • Oversee course bookings, manage our Learning & Development system, and handle Talent Management processes.
  • Data Management:
    • Provide accurate HR reports, maintain HR databases (SAP, UKG Peopledoc), and act as the UK coordinator for Group HR reporting.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Participate in salary and benefit surveys, coordinate UK-wide benefit programs, and assist with pay reviews and bonus processes.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Ideally degree educated, CIPD qualified with relevant demonstrable experience
  • Strong communications skills, especially dealing with all levels of employee from senior management to production
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law
  • Prior usage of SAP HR Systems would be beneficial

What we offer

Initially Fixed Term Contract to cover additional workload until September 2025, with full employment benefits, including flextime, pension, holidays etc
