As a key member of the HR team, you will assist the Head of HR (UK) in delivering a streamlined and effective HR administrative function, ensuring that all documentation, databases, and processes are managed and optimized efficiently.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • HR Operations: Generate and oversee employment agreements, amendments, and payroll directives. Facilitate all HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and more.
  • Document Management: Update and maintain HR documentation templates (contracts, letters) to ensure adherence to legal and contractual standards.
  • Learning & Development: Manage course registrations, supervise our Learning & Development platform, and coordinate Talent Management initiatives.
  • Data Management: Deliver precise HR analytics, sustain HR databases (SAP, UKG Peopledoc), and serve as the UK liaison for Group HR reporting.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Engage in salary and benefits benchmarking, coordinate nationwide benefit schemes, and support pay assessments and bonus evaluations.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Preferably degree qualified, CIPD certified with relevant experience in HR.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with employees at all levels from senior executives to operational staff.
  • Current knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Experience with SAP HR Systems is advantageous.
