Key Responsibilities- Diary Management: Organise and manage diaries, meetings, and appointments for senior stakeholders.
- Travel Arrangements: Book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation as required.
- Minute Preparation: Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- IT and Administrative Support: Maintain and update IT systems, spreadsheets, expenses, and mobile phones.
- HR Support: Assist with talent acquisition, induction training, and other HR-related tasks.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and data.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a PA position for senior stakeholders.
- Superb communication and organisational skills.
- Exceptional people management skills.
- Experience in managing diaries, travel, and taking minutes.
