Your new role

Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment contracts, onboarding guides), and updating internal databases.Organise and maintain personnel records.Update internal databases with employee information.Prepare HR documents and revise company policies.Liaise with external partners and ensure legal compliance.Create reports on HR metrics like turnover rates.Assist the payroll department with relevant employee information.Participate in HR projects, like organising job fairs.
