**About The Role**:
As we continue to grow our portfolio of homes, we have a great opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our developing HR team looking to potentially develop a career in a generalist HR admin role. You will have a genuine interest in learning and putting into practice HR process and procedures which will support your colleagues.

Your ability to work in a team with excellent communication skills and an approachable manner will allow you to build up strong professional relationships with colleagues across the company. The role will be a hybrid position based at our Northampton Group Support Centre which offers a friendly and inclusive office environment where people feel valued.

- £22,000 - £24,000 depending on experience

**About You**:
To be successful in this position, you will need to have excellent and efficient administration skills, with a high attention to detail. Previous experience of working in an HR Admin role would be desirable but full training in the role will be provided so this is not essential. You will thrive in a fast paced environment whilst meeting deadlines and supporting your team.

You will have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and Word, with an aptitude for flexibility and to achieve high levels of workload.
