**Monday -Thursday 9am -5pm Friday 9am -2pm**

**The role**:

- Processing sick and holidays
- Assisting with the filing of HR documents
- Taking minutes for HR meetings
- Cover for other team members for holiday/sick
- Updating personal details for employees
- Reviewing training needs of the business, seeking training and gathering costs.
- This role will also train in Health and Safety

**Skills and Experience**:

- Good Communication Skills
- Attention to detail
- IT Skills i.e. Outlook; Word; Excel etc
- Team Player
- High Work Ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Northampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
