Spire Leicester Hospital are looking for a Theatre Administrator to join our fantastic theatre team, responsible for booking Theatre lists working within the blended team. You will be working with a high degree of accuracy to ensure that patients are correctly added to the Outlook calendar. There will also be a requirement for various ad hoc administration tasks including data entry.

**Working hours and days '“ Monday, Thursday and Friday each week, hours flexible between 07.30am and 6.00pm negotiable**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the day to day management of the theatre scheduling, including reviewing the lists for accuracy and updating outlook diary.
- Operational responsibility of scheduling patients in to appropriate fixed and ad hoc theatre sessions.
- To provide a quality professional and efficient service that supports the smooth running of theatres whilst supporting the clinical team with the booking of loan kit for procedures, communication with the wider hospital administration departments and external customers.
- To ensure an exemplary level of customer service is upheld in the provision of service to patients, consultants and the wider hospital teams.
- This list is not exhaustive, full and comprehensive training provided

Who we're looking for
- Good basic PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ideally you will have experience working in an Administration role that includes customer service
- The flexibility to work on our rota
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Someone who excels in customer service
- Passionate about wanting to excel in this varied role with the potential for career development
- Team player intrinsic to the role
