Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Chief Executive in the day-to-day servicing of all relevant committees and meetings, including AGM, Board, Resources Committee, and sub-committees.

  • Contribute to the overall development of YMCA Leicestershire, including playing a lead role in specific projects as agreed with the Chief Executive and Executive Team.

  • General executive administration.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of governance and compliance processes in the charity sector is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
