To support the future growth of the airport, we are looking to recruit a strategic Head of Marketing to drive marketing activity across the entire business

**Snapshot of the role**:
This is a brand new role operating at a strategic level
- Hold full accountability for all of LBA’s marketing activity across the business, leading on brand, communications, content and channels
- Deliver material gains in the awareness level of LBA, with a specific focus on growth in Top of Mind Awareness
- Support the aviation team to demonstrably reduce surface leakage and grow awareness of LBA’s airlines and destinations (growth in passenger numbers being the key metric)
- To create, own and deliver LBA’s marketing strategy across the entire business, to grow TOMA and passenger numbers
- To lead the team responsible for all day to day marketing activity with the following direct reports;
- Brand & Social Media Manager
- Marketing Manager
- Aviation Marketing Manager
- Ownership of LBA’s website and our broader web presence (this is currently managed by a third party)
- Lead on LBA’s digital agenda, driving a cultural change to ‘digital first’, step changing LBA’s digital footprint
- Ownership of the operating cost base for the area and of key supplier relationships at a senior level
- Responsible for the maintenance of good governance and Health & Safety standards in the area
- Supporting the wider commercial team in the overarching objective to grow LBA’s total passenger number, increase aeronautical yields and increase non-aeronautical yields

**What we are looking for**:
