**Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm (to include some evenings & weekends from home)**

**Contract type: Permanent**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Hub Maritime Co-ordinator, responsible for the overseeing & coordination of principal’s vessel appointments routed through the Service Centre. Ensuring Principal & Vessel requirements are met focusing on delivery to the client and Inchcape Shipping Services.

**What you’ll do**:

- Working from IT Software system (ERP) system.
- Perform daily task in line with service delivery requirements.
- Monitoring, recording data into IT software.
- Communicate with service providers.
- Provided with Full in-house training programme

**Who you are**:

- General IT skills - PC literate, including Word/Excel/Outlook
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good communicator both verbal and written
- Good time management
- Customer / Quality Focus
