Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm (to include some evenings & weekends from home)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Hub Maritime Co-ordinator, responsible for the overseeing & coordination of principal's vessel appointments routed through the Service Centre.

Ensuring Principal & Vessel requirements are met focusing on delivery to the client and Inchcape Shipping Services.

What you'll do:

  • Working from IT Software system (ERP) system.
  • Perform daily task in line with service delivery requirements.
  • Monitoring, recording data into IT software.
  • Communicate with service providers.
  • Provided with Full inhouse training programme

  • PC literate, including Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good communicator both verbal and written
  • Good time management
  • Customer / Quality Focus
