Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in Quenington on 12 month fixed term contract supporting the Purchasing team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process supplier purchase order confirmations
- Update and amend purchase orders in ERP
- Expedite delivery dates from suppliers
- Monitor & progress supplier delivery dates and communicate with suppliers
- Maintain supplier pricing and other information within ERP system
- Prepare various reports, as & when required
- Ensure supplier import documentation is accurate and received on time
**Experience**:
- Previous administrative experience working in a busy office environment (Purchase team preferable)
- Experience of Microsoft Office software to a high standard
- Experience of an ERP/MRP system.
- Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise your own work, meet deadlines.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible approach and willingness to work as part of a team.
