**Responsibilities and Duties**
- General office administration and support
- Update client and job information on our software (simPRO)
- Record materials and create purchase orders
- Record invoices
- Polite and confident telephone manner - answering/call screening/forwarding calls as appropriate.
- Update all necessary spreadsheets daily
- Track employee timesheets
- Other administrative tasks as required

**Required Skills**:

- Advanced skills with Outlook, Word and Excel
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Hours and benefits**
- Monday to Friday - 3 hours a day from 9am to 12pm (negotiable)
- 15 hours per week
- On site parking available
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) pro rata

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: From £10.40 per hour
