At the core, you will be responsible for the procurement/order triggering of the generated requirements from MRP/customer orders as well as the sustainable assurance of supplier performance by means of evaluation of operational data (KPI).
Due to your already gained experience in purchasing and your communication strengths you develop a healthy customer/supplier relationship. You generate savings and prove to be resilient even in high workload situations due to your organized and structured way of working.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Procurement/order triggering of the requirements generated by a PO Req. from the disposition/customer orders on a daily updated basis.
- Execution of the ordering process with support of the CRM system
- Generation of savings in the ordering system
- Supplier management
- Performance tracking (claim rate/on-time delivery/order confirmation rate/response time/price continuity)
- Supplier monitoring --> Plan, execute, and track continuous improvement processes at the supplier based on performance KPIs and, if necessary, initiate countermeasures or search for alternative suppliers
- Classify suppliers in the CRM system based on supplier performance and the corresponding KPI values
- Master data maintenance if required
- Collaboration with Dematic strategical purchasing is mandatory
- Day-to-day review and maintenance of order confirmations
- Logical, structured and proactive as well as sustainable execution of the deadline tracking with support of the CRM / ERP system
- Securing and Timely processing of incoming delivery time requests

**Knowledge and qualifications**
- Completed commercial/technical training and professional experience in customer service
- Previous experience in the Spare Parts business
- Knowledge of SAP Order Processing (essential)
- Knowledge in CRM processing's
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work on own initiative within a team environment.
