Business Support Administrator

The OCM is proud to be one of the most respected professional coaching and mentoring firms delivering a diverse range of services to our clients. This role will be part of the Business Support Team, working to support Account Managers with the development and delivery of work and the effective management of that work.
Due to the growth of the business this is a new position working in a friendly and supportive team. It is a part-time role and we are looking for someone to work 22-30 hours, earning £24,375 - £26,325 pro-rata. You will have the benefit of working from home with regular face to face meeting with colleagues every 6 weeks in the Oxford/London area.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role, can confidently work with clients, has a high attention to detail and can proof read and suggest improvements for documents going to external clients. In return we are offering remote part-time working within a friendly and supportive growing organisation and provide support with your ongoing development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Management Team Administration**
- Providing seamless administrative support with client / coach matching, meeting arrangements with our clients and raising purchase orders.
- Working alongside the Account Managers to support with project management throughout the development, delivery and final review of the project
- Building strong partnerships with our clients to ensure longevity and success of the relationship
- Providing administrative sales support - completing general information invitation to tender forms, formatting and proofing of proposals
- Supporting the team with their organisational delivery responsibilities including support with travel and meetings
**General Support**
- Support with the management and development of our Associate Network; administration of onboarding new Associates, document gathering and record keeping and arranging annual F2F meeting.
- Support with gathering and compiling marketing articles on a rota basis
- Assisting with answering telephone calls into the ‘office’
**Personal attributes**
- Project management / support experience
- Account management support experience
- Strong focus on delivering high standards of customer service and high attention to detail
- Excellent written English
- Ability to build relationships quickly with customers and colleagues
