Office Administrator

**Reporting to the Facility Manager the primary purpose of this role is to provide administration support to the wider business.**:
**Key Responsbilities**:
- Opening up office each morning/screening night service messages.
- Checking, logging and distributing incoming mail items for each department.
- Processing outgoing courier shipment requests and preparing associated paperwork.
- Monitoring stationary stock, printer and other office supplies.
- Administering switchboard everyday business calls and forward to relevant departments.
- Providing Reception for checking in guests and clients.
- Processing requests for visitor WI-FI password.
- Processing catering and transportation requests (ordering business lunches, taxis, teas coffee ect).
- Site walkaround for defects and issues inspections.
- Updating EL-VIS system with details of forthcoming office visits.
- Updating INFORUM Employee Photos site.
- Act as fire Marshall, first aid and mental health first aid.
- Fire alarm testing weekly.
- Lead on hosting events such as morning coffee, Christmas celebrations.
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs by liaising with Facility Manager.
You may be asked from time to time be asked to undertake other tasks that are considered to be relevant to your position.
**Essential**
- Good standard of general education or equivilent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks.
- Good problem solving skills.
