Ailsa Response are recruiting on behalf of a new client who are looking for an experienced quality and administration officer to assist in the preparation of care plans, reviews and daily running’s of all service users.
The office is based in Clydebank but reviews and visits will require you to travel to various locations of West Dunbartonshire, Renfrewshire and Inverclyde.
**Key Skills**
- Good written and verbal English skills
- High level of experience in administration
- Experience of Care, Risk Assessments and Care planning
- Data Protection/GDPR knowledge and understanding
- Good communication skills, IT Skills and organisational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Enthusiastic and self confidence
- Fully understand the need to maintain confidentiality
**Role details**
- Contract - Full time permanent
- Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (may be required to work outwit due to demand on service)
- Office Location - Clydebank
- On Call duties working to a rota pattern (supplement payment)
