Accounts Administrator

Accounts Administrator required to join our lively team based in Bridgwater. Close to transport links and with parking available, this is a great opportunity for an experienced, methodical and accurate Accounts Administrator seeking a new role.
Responsible for a range of accounting functions, predominantly Purchase Ledger using Sage50, the Accounts Administrator will ideally have experience of working across company accounts or within an accounts team responsible for separate departmental accounts. Cross training on a variety of functions to cover holidays and sickness will be expected in order to maintain the smooth running of the business.
Key responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator include:
- Processing Purchase Orders and Invoices
- Assisting in monthly supplier statement reconciliation & payment runs
- Liaising with buyers and suppliers to resolve disputes
- Processing rebate deals
- General Administration as required to include scanning, filing, answering phones etc

- SAGE accounting package or similar
- At least 2 years’ experience in an accounts office role
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to take ownership
- Willingness to answer the phone
- Microsoft Office & Outlook 365
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
