Customer Liaison Administrator

**CUSTOMER LIAISION ADMINISTRATOR / BRIDGWATER**
**Location**: Bridgwater, Somerset
**Job type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week - between the hours of 08:15 - 17:15 (8.5hrs per day, inclusive of 1hr unpaid lunch break)
**Salary**: Up to £27,500 per annum
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Administrator to join our manufacturing client in Bridgwater on a full time e=permanent contract.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Accurately using in-house system in accordance with company procedures
- Enter all customer enquiries accurately with full customer requirements and details and pass information to the relevant person
- Liaise with customers, operations, sales and suppliers when arranging shipments and handling enquiries
- Obtaining quotations and booking of transport
- Data handling, entry and reporting using in-house systems, accurately entering stock movements and in and out transactions
- Complete all administration in relation to the export documentation (invoices, packing documents, quality certificates) and any other relevant specific documentation in relation to the product and export regulations for both UK and the receiving country
- Liaise with Operations, Planning, Finance, Quality and Sales when handling queries
- Dealing with customer issues, resolving them or escalating problems to the correct level or appropriate contact
- Manage key accounts as directed
- Answer the main reception and barrier access lines
- Preparation and despatch of samples
- Accurately maintain specification documents as required
**About you**:
- Previous experience of shipping and export is essential
- Previous experience within FMCG / Warehouse / DC Office experience is essential
- Able to build rapport to understand customer needs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Display positive and engaging attitude
- Remain calm under pressure
