Administrative and Project Support Role

NRL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative and Project Support professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage departmental correspondence, including emails and letters.
    • Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems for contracts and commercial agreements.
    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls, and coordinate departmental calendars.
    • Prepare presentation materials, reports, and documentation for meetings and presentations.
  • Project Assistance:
    • Provide administrative support to managers, including document control and communication with subcontractors.
    • Assist in the preparation of project reports.
    • Coordinate logistics for construction projects, including scheduling deliveries and arranging site visits.
  • Data Management and Analysis:
    • Compile and analyze data related to contracts, commercial agreements, and construction projects.
    • Generate regular reports and summaries to track project progress, expenditures, and performance metrics.
    • Identify trends and insights to support decision-making and improve departmental efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Serve as a liaison between the Contracts, Commercial, and Construction department and other internal departments.
    • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes, improve workflows, and achieve departmental goals.

Working Arrangements:

  • 100% site-based
  • Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 16:00
  • 25 days annual leave per annum
