Newton Colmore is working with a leading scientific company in Cambridge, and we are searching for an experience facilities administration coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be providing robust administration and control of Facilities and Equipment Engineering services, particularly with respect to compliance documentation, scheduling of maintenance and contract control. You will be aiming to provide effective, practical support to the Facilities and Equipment Team.

The main activities for this role will involve thedevelopment and maintenance of robust records, information, and administration systems to support a variety of functions, the compiling of annual reports for the team, and compiling monthly activity reports. You will also be in charge of stock management for the team.

To be successful on this facilities management role you will need to prior experience in a facilities or health and safety related support position, coupled with knowledge of compliance documentation and contracts.

You will be rewarded with a salary from £28,000 to £32,000, with a comprehensive benefits package, and you will play in integral role which is vitally important to the success of the research and development teams.
