The Complaints Administrators are the first point of contact for complaint registrations, providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and key stakeholders in all aspects of complaint coordination. They ensure all tasks are actioned within agreed service levels, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and accuracy. To be successful in this position you will:

- Be proactive, curious and a confident communicator
- Have good attention to detail and work in a varied and fast-paced environment
- Acknowledge all complaints in writing as they are captured.
- Be responsible for the timely submission of files to the Financial Ombudsman Service
- Take ownership in resolving internal and external queries within agreed service levels.
- Maintain and update accurate records to ensure all documentation is clear, appropriately completed.
- Manage incoming requests for complaint data/MI.Making contact with the business to follow up on agreed resolutions and recording outcomes on icasework, issuing correspondence where appropriate.
- Ability to work as a team member as well as on own initiative.- Have an excellent attention to detail
