**Location: **Basingstoke (Hybrid between Home & Office based)
**Working Pattern: **Monday - Friday
**Salary: **circa £20,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Our client is a local Kitchen offloading company established in 2011. Based in Basingstoke they are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join the team.
**The Role**
The role will be office/home based in Basingstoke reporting into the support centre manager and covers three key areas, work allocation, customer service and general admin duties.
**Role Purpose**
- Managing Data entry, Planning, Scheduling and reports, ensuring 100% accuracy levels
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Work Allocation:
- Loading schedules are completed and all unloaders notified within agreed time frames
- Completed loading schedules sent to management within agreed time frames
- Keeping work allocation sheet updated with all relevant information
Customer service:
- Ensure all pictures taken as proof of job completion by off loaders are filed
- Review customer complaints and follow up as required
- Review supplier complaints and follow up as required
- Liaise with customers / suppliers as required
- Internal & External customer service feedback & reporting
General administration duties:
- Sending out correspondence / forms as required / Adobe
- Raising invoices / Purchas Order’s
- Reconciling invoices from sub-contractors
- Reconciling mileage claims made by employees
- Receiving and dealing with incoming calls
- Ensure all activities are completed to agreed time frames
- General administration support as required.
**Full Training will be provided.**
**Role Requirements**
- Able to work in a small team, who stays calm under pressure
- Can work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable
- Numerate and accurate who takes care to get things right
- Computer literate preferably with MAC skills
- Friendly personality and a willingness to learn
