Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our automotive group. As part of this role, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities include accurately recording calls & visits, and relaying messages in a timely manner. You will also perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and handling customer enquiries.

In addition, you will manage the customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
